Payment

You can purchase your original Cheryl B Hutchinson sculpture through PayPal (in U.S. dollars). It is not necessary to have a PayPal account as you may use your credit card through them. After you have contacted me regarding your intent to purchase one of my creations, I will e-mail you a PayPal invoice that includes the purchase price and shipping charges with full insurance. 

Layaway can also be arranged. Layaway would consist of two equal payments. The first payment is due two days after ordering and is non-refundable. The second payment is due 30 days later. Sculptures will ship after they have been paid in full.  

Shipping

I charge actual shipping without any extra packing or handling fees.  I require all of my artwork to be shipped insured for the full purchase amount because I am not responsible for packages damaged in shipping.  In addition, I cannot lower the value of any purchases on custom forms because that would consist of mail fraud.  Any duties or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.  

Refunds and Exchanges

I wish for you to be completely delighted with your Cheryl B Hutchinson sculpture. If for some reason you are not, please contact me within 7 days of its arrival to arrange a return. Returns should be postmarked within 7 days of a return agreement and must be in their original condition including their accompanying paperwork. Please consider sending the item insured for your own protection as I cannot refund money for an item lost or damaged in shipping.  A refund of your money (not including original or return postage) will be credited to you through PayPal once I have received the item in original condition.
