"Perspective" is an original ceramic sculpture created using stoneware clay. It measures 8" x 6.5" x 5.5". The sculpture was colored using underglazes and sealed with clear glaze during a cone 6 firing.
The words on the diaper read "if you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change."
I particularly like how you stand over the top of the baby to read the words and then you crouch down to look through the baby's legs to see the baby grinning back at you. By changing your position to see the baby's face, you have done exactly as the words say--you changed the way you looked at the baby and therefor saw its face in more detail than you expected. It may be silly, but I always get a kick out of that!
